Combination Omelet: Choice of one: taco, enchilada, relleno, tamale or flauta.

Chorizo con Huevos: Scrambled eggs combined with Mexican sausage. Choice of tortillas.

Avocado Omelet: Filled with avocado slices. Verde or ranchero sauce. Topped with cheese.
